Vetra provides enterprise software products and custom software development services. The specific terms governing any software development engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which shall take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software products.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software through our systems.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our software without a valid licence.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in our software products, documentation, and website content is owned by Vetra Systems & Technologies Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trade names, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the relevant Service in the three months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
